Having spent the early years of her life in Dubai Claire aged just 15 years old moved to England in July 2011 to follow her dream of becoming an International Event rider in addition to continuing her equine education at Hartbury College whilst leaving her family behind in Dubai.

Claire was introduced to David Green in March 2002, after working with him that summer Claire went on to complete her National Diploma in Horse Management and successfully enrolled in the Bsc (Hons) Equine Science degree.

In 2007 Claire rode two very talented half brothers, both homebred and owned by Debbie Jackson. McKenzie was the horse that put Claire on ‘the map’ and a partnership that had a lot of success at both Novice and Intermediate levels.

Of particular note was Claire’s 2010 season where she and Rockhill Yogi Boy (Yogi) were selected for the European CIC** team after numerous top ten placings at intermediate level giving Claire her first chance of representing GB at championship level.

Claire has a breath of experience and is delighted at being able to share her knowledge with our CROWN members.
