The schedule for the Fibre-Beet Festival of the Horse Eventer Challenge Qualifier, hosted by CROWN RC at Swalcliffe Park Equestrian on Sunday 19th April is now available. This competition is the qualifier for the Festival of the Horse Championships on the 30th-31st May at Aston-Le-Walls. Open to junior and senior members, either as an individual or part of a team. The FOTH Eventer Challenge consists of 7 to 10 show jumps, followed by 15 to 25 cross country efforts. Junior & Senior Challenge 80, Open Challenge 80, Challenge 90 and Challenge 100 for teams of four riders, (the best three scores to count) and individuals. You may only enter a maximum of one class on any one horse. Please ensure that you read the eligibility restrictions at each level to ensure that both you and your horse are eligible for the class you wish to enter. Entry fees are £46.00 per class (this includes your preliminary entry fee to the BRC of £13.00) If you would prefer to enter the competition for points and not as a qualifier, the entry is just £33.00. To select the points entry, opt for the 'non-member price' and do not log in to your members portal, simply check out as a non-member. Please note that if you enter as a points entry, you will not be eligible to qualify for the championships. The same also applies for any entries into the Open Classes although please see below for details on Open Class entries.
When booking, please specify which class you wish to enter, preference for team or individual entry and provide the rider name, horse's registered name as it appears on the passport and the passport number in the comments box. Please note that all horses must have their six month vaccinations with the last vaccination having been done on or after the 28th September 2019 and not within 7 days of the competition.
Qualifier entries must be submitted by the 26th March.
